Refund and Returns Policy
Return
As a standard rule in the industry, returns are not allowed unless the product is not working or not the appliance that was ordered. Electrafix will use discretion to allow some return case w/ a restocking fee of up to 25% of the appliance price.
Refunds
All appliance sales are final.
No refunds allowed.
Exchanges may be allowed and are within the discretion of Electrafix Appliance Gallery.
